Product return and exchange policy
1. Conditions for returning a product to Shopmart:
1.1. The company Arecom Ltd. 406 348 395, taking into account the product return policy, gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product within 5 calendar days in accordance with the following rules:
2. Product return rules and exceptions:
2.1. If you wish to return the product, please contact the information center of Arecom Ltd. 406 348 395 in advance and inform about the return of the product;
2.2. To initiate the process, you need to inform the company of the identifying data of the product to be returned, order number, order date, order receipt date and reason for return (it may be necessary to upload a photo of the product and payment confirmation document and send it to Shopmart's e-mail address: info@shopmart.ge)
2.3. The product return policy is valid for 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
2.4. If any changes are observed in the product and the accompanying parts/documents, the company Arecom LLC 406 348 395 reserves the right to question its authenticity and, accordingly, to suspend the product return procedure until the investigation and diagnostic work is carried out, which may last no more than 10 working days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnosis, the company is entitled to continue or terminate the product/s return procedure.
2.5. The product return (transportation) is provided by Arecom LLC 406 348 395 itself and/or through a subcontractor providing transportation services, no later than 5 working days from the date of the request.
2.6. When returning a product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (delivery note, proof of payment, warranty card, etc.).
2.7. A product may be returned in accordance with these rules if:
2.7.1. The product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;
2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;
2.7.3. The product was damaged during transportation;
2.7.4. The agreed delivery time was violated by Shopmart;
2.8. A product may be returned independently of the above conditions if:
2.8.1. The product's factory packaging is unopened, undamaged or;
2.8.2. If the factory packaging of the product has been opened and as a result of the diagnosis it was determined that the product to be returned by the consumer has retained all its functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed;
2.8.3. If the factory packaging of the product is damaged and/or as a result of the diagnosis it was determined that the product to be returned by the consumer has retained all its functional characteristics, however, visual defects are observed that are not caused by the consumer.
2.9. The product return rules do not apply to the following products:
2.9.1. Perfumes and cosmetics;
2.9.2. Men's, women's and children's swimwear and beachwear and underwear;
2.9.3. Infant and child underwear;
2.9.4. Personal hygiene items and accessories (toothbrushes, combs, hair bands, earrings, etc.);
2.9.5. Children's toys, baby care items;
2.9.6. Food;
2.9.7. Animal feed;
2.9.8. Small household appliances (the specified product can be returned only if the commodity appearance is not damaged, the packaging is unopened and the product is accompanied by all relevant documents that accompanied it at the time of its delivery to the consumer).
2.9.9. Product/s purchased by the consumer on installments.
2.9.10. The products specified in this paragraph 2.9 can be returned only if the product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website and the product has not been used/opened, the commodity appearance of the product is not damaged and the product is accompanied by all relevant documents that accompanied it at the time of its delivery to the consumer.
3. Refund procedure:
3.1. The company Arecom LLC 406 348 395, in case of a customer's desire to return a purchased product, undertakes to reimburse the customer for the amount paid by the customer for the product:
3.1.1. 100%, if: the factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents transferred at the time of purchase (delivery note, payment confirmation document, warranty sheet, etc.);
3.1.2. 100% in case the product has a factory defect or the product does not comply with the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website or the product is damaged during transportation and accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents transferred at the time of purchase (delivery note, payment confirmation document, warranty sheet, etc.).
3.1.3. Up to 90-100% if the product's factory packaging is opened and the diagnosis determines that the product to be returned by the user has retained all functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed, and is accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (delivery note, payment confirmation document, warranty card, etc.).
3.1.4. Up to 60-90% if the product's factory packaging is damaged and/or the diagnosis determines that the product to be returned by the user has retained all functional characteristics, however, visual defects are observed.
3.1.5. If, as a result of the diagnosis, it is determined that the product to be returned by the user has not retained all functional and/or visual characteristics and/or is not accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (delivery note, payment confirmation document, warranty card, etc.), the Company reserves the right not to return the product and, accordingly, not to return the amount paid for the product.
3.2. Refunds are possible only by non-cash payment through crediting the user's bank account.
3.3. Arecom LLC 406 348 395 will reimburse the user for the cost of the purchased product, in the manner and amount established by this article, within 15 working days, except for the cases provided for in Article 3.1.1.
3.4. 3.1.1. of this Policy. In the case provided for in the article, the cost of the product will be refunded to the customer within 5 (five) business days.
4. Procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services:
4.1. The company Arecom LLC 406 348 395 will reimburse the cost of transportation services when the customer returns the product, if: o the product does not comply with the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website; o the product has a factory defect; o the product is damaged during transportation;
4.2. In all other cases, the cost of transportation services is reimbursed by the customer, which is 10₾ for products up to 30 kg, and 40₾ for products weighing 30 kg and more.
5. Product return procedure:
5.1. In the event that the return is initiated by the customer immediately upon delivery, the case is recorded in the information center and the courier is given confirmation of the product pickup;
5.2. Within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer may request a return of the product;
5.3. In the event that the customer expresses a desire to return the product within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer must return the product to the company within 10 calendar days after expressing this desire. During this period, the customer must ensure the safety of this product. The customer must not use and/or violate the product's appearance, otherwise the company reserves the right not to return the relevant product.
5.4. If the customer's desire to return the product within 5 calendar days after receiving the product is due to a defect in the received item (has a visual/factory defect or does not correspond to the order and/or the product characteristics posted on shopmart.ge), the company Shopmart- ensures the return of the product within 10 calendar days after expressing the desire in accordance with this return policy.
5.5. In the event of a manufacturing defect detected after 5 calendar days from receipt of the product, the consumer must act in accordance with the relevant warranty conditions (if any).
