Warranty conditions

Warranty service includes:

 

  • Repair of a damaged item after sale according to the conditions below;
  • Free and necessary repair of the device during the warranty period, which includes software service, repair and spare parts.
  • The repair period is determined by the rules established by the company, which is determined by 30 (thirty) working days from the date of submission of the item to be repaired to the service center.

To receive warranty service, the customer must present the warranty card to the service center.

The defective product is replaced with a new one if:

 

  • A visual defect was detected upon opening the item (at the time of purchase). (It is necessary to visually inspect the item at the time of purchase in the presence of a company representative, since in the future the device will not be replaced due to a visual defect);
  • If a factory defect is found within 5 (five) days of purchase of the item (this does not include visual damage and software errors), the service center will issue an act of replacing the defective device. In the event that the original appearance of the product is preserved without damage and the smartphone is presented with a complete set and an undamaged box within the specified period;
  • The item could not be repaired within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery to the service center; the item will be replaced with an item with identical or similar characteristics based on the relevant technical report issued by the service center, and if it is impossible to offer such an item, the client will be refunded the amount equal to the market price of the device with identical or similar data at the time of return.

Warranty service is not provided/cancelled if:

 

  • The warranty period has expired;
  • The warranty card is not presented/lost;
  • The data in the warranty card has been deleted, changed or modified;
  • The serial number/IMEI code is not readable or is broken on the warranty card or the case of the item;
  • The item box is lost or damaged;
  • The device has a visual or mechanical defect/damage;
  • The seal or seal is damaged or broken;
  • The device was used for a purpose not intended for its intended purpose;
  • The damage was caused by unqualified installation work;
  • The device was damaged by the user during transportation;
  • The device was damaged by another device placed next to it;
  • The device was disassembled (opened) for arbitrary repair or for any other purpose;
  • Damage was caused by a computer virus or incompatible files;
  • The damage was caused by the penetration of a foreign body or liquid into the mechanism;
  • The damage is the result of a malfunction in the electrical network (voltage fluctuations), mechanical damage, corrosion, exposure to high or low temperatures, violation of the rules or conditions of operation and storage, unqualified repair/installation work carried out by incompetent persons;

Recommendation

 

  • Please visually inspect the device you purchased at the time of purchase.
  • Please use SIM cards compatible with your device. Broken SIM cards will damage the mobile phone, which may result in the device no longer being covered by warranty service in the future. Please note that placing an electrical device in water/liquid is not recommended. This warning also applies to models that the manufacturer confirms are “water-resistant”. In order to prevent water/liquid from entering the device, it is
  • necessary to strictly follow the manufacturer’s requirements. Otherwise, liquid/water will enter it. In case of water/liquid penetration into the device, the company will be relieved of its obligation for further warranty service.
